Thank you for your interest in the afterschool program at HSE Sugar Land. We attached our club list and
more information you may need. Please read all the details in the club application form after downloading it.

Almost all of the clubs will be on a first-come, first-serve basis with one or two exceptions.

Please note that all clubs will have a fee. We do encourage our parents to come to the front office with the
application filled out to ensure enrollment and registration is completed.

Please DO NOT send applications with your child as they will not be able to register without a legal guardian.

More Information About The Clubes:

  1. Afterschool clubs and activities will run from 3:50 pm to 4:50 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. There will be NO Clubs on Wednesdays. 
  2. Club fees are non-refundable and club transfers will not be honored.
  3. Acceptable forms of payment: Credit Cards, Checks and Money Orders. NO CASH accepted!
  4. All clubs will end at 4:50 pm sharp. Late pick up will not be allowed.
  5. Schoolsbuddy will be used for attendance and updating our parents with club-related information.

We have already sent a welcome email from Schoolsbuddy.

Dear Parents of Gifted and Talented Students,
You are cordially invited to attend the annual welcome event on Friday, September 20th, at 8:30 am. Please come and join us at the school cafeteria to learn this year’s program information and details. Light breakfast will be served from 8:30- 8:45 am.

In accordance with the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students, Harmony Public Schools will begin taking referrals for kindergarten and newly-enrolled students in grades 1-12 for gifted and talented screening. Anyone interested in the educational welfare of these students may refer them for assessment.

The forms must be returned to the front office by Friday, September 27, 2019. G/T assessment period will take place in October.
